ValetPage offers websites to UK businesses. Sending an enquiry or requesting a preview does not create an order or payment obligation. A written scope, final price and terms are agreed before payment.

Who provides the service?

The £149 build

One page using our reusable design, personalised with your business information, up to six content sections, up to 12 supplied photographs, your services and coverage area, mobile styling, page title and description, contact buttons and one enquiry route. Includes one consolidated round of revisions within the agreed scope, submitted within seven days of the first finished draft.

Live appointment calendars, payment processing, accounts, bespoke integrations, photography, logo design, ongoing SEO work, advertising and additional pages are excluded. Any extra work requires a separate written quote accepted before it begins.

Preview, payment and delivery

The free preview is a small visual direction, not a complete free website. If the package fits, we agree the work in writing. The proposed payment split is a £75 deposit and £74 balance after approval, before launch. The total build price is £149. ValetPage is not VAT registered; no VAT is charged.

The three-working-day delivery period begins after the agreed deposit and all required content arrive and the start date is confirmed. Delays obtaining content or feedback move the delivery date. A booking request on your site is not a confirmed appointment unless your business confirms it.

Cancellation and corrections

Before work starts, a cancelled build is refunded in full. Once work starts, any cancellation charge must reflect work actually completed, as set out in the written order, and is capped at the agreed build price. Any unused advance payment is refunded. If we cannot deliver the agreed work, we will agree a remedy or refund for the undelivered work. These details do not restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We correct faults in the agreed delivered work reported within 30 days of launch without a further build fee. Changes to the original scope are quoted separately.

Optional £15/month hosting

Hosting includes HTTPS, daily backups and up to 15 minutes of straightforward content changes per month. Unused edit time does not roll over. Large redesigns, new features, third-party subscriptions and domains are excluded.

Hosting is billed monthly in advance from launch. You can cancel before the next renewal to avoid that next charge. Service ends at the end of the paid period, and we supply your fully paid site files for handover. There is no long-term hosting commitment and no guaranteed uptime service-level agreement.

Ownership and content

Your domain should be registered in your name and paid for by you. You retain ownership of your content. You confirm that you have permission to use the supplied photographs, logos, reviews and other material. We do not publish fabricated reviews, qualifications or claims.

After full payment you receive the delivered site files and permission to use and modify the template as part of your business website. We retain the right to reuse our underlying template for other customers. Third-party assets retain their original licence terms.

Results and enquiries

We do not guarantee sales, visitor numbers, search rankings or a particular return on the website. Your business is responsible for its service information, prices and responding to customer enquiries. We agree the destination and handling of your website’s enquiry data before launch.
